The Christmas holiday at this resort was a great experience overall. the staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The hotel had a variety of activities, including a kids' club, which kept the little ones entertained. Additionally, the resort had a great location close to the beach, making it conveniently accessible.
The room we stayed in was quite small, and there was no option for an upgrade. The food variety was also limited and we felt like there could have been more options available, especially for vegetarians.

This hotel was a luxurious treat for me! the stunning spa and wellness center had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms. the outdoor swimming pool was set in a beautiful garden area and there were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. the restaurant served an impressive continental breakfast and the bar/lounge was perfect for a relaxing drink.
The only minor issue was the live entertainment that was too loud and went on too late for my liking.
